Q1: Can I stay at Assemblage @ 362 Holland Rd regardless of the educational institution I am enrolled in?
Yes, you can. As long as you have a valid student pass or are foreign student in Singapore for an overseas internship as part of your school module, you’re welcome to be part of Assemblage @ 362 Holland Rd.
Q2: Is there a curfew?
There is no strict curfew policy as we believe that our residents should be free to live independently and responsibly. However we do encourage our residents to be respectful of other residents and observe a low noise period from 10.00pm to 7.00am.
How do I make a reservation to stay at Assemblage @ 362 Holland Rd?
It’s simple! Just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Decide on your choice of Room Type.
Step 2: Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your desired Room Type, Start date and End date of stay.
Step 3: Our Staff will provide you with the Registration Form, Summary and Breakdown of payment as well as the payment instructions for you to make an initial payment of SGD$200.
Step 4: Upon receiving both the completed Registration Form and initial payment, we can proceed to confirm your room reservation.
Q4: What documents do I need to book my room at Assemblage @ 362 Holland Rd?
1) Matriculation Card, Identification Card and/or Passport
2) Student Pass and where applicable Social Visit Pass, Dependant’s Pass and/or any relevant visas and documentation
Students under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to sign the Housing Agreement on their behalf.
Q5: What payments are needed for registration/check-in? And how can I make payment for my room reservation?
Prior to checking into the room, you must make the following payments:
1) Registration Fee: $150 (inclusive of GST)
2) Full Rental Payment for full duration of stay (inclusive of GST where applicable)
3) Security Deposit equivalent to 1 month rental
An initial payment of SGD$200 has to be made together with a completed Registration Form in order for a room to be reserved.
Payment can be made either through Bank Transfer or through Cash Deposit at Maybank Branch Office near the hostel.
Our check-in period is between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Mondays to Fridays. 9:00 am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. We will not be able to do any check-ins on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Q7: Are private toilets available in all rooms?
Yes, all rooms come attached with en-suite toilet facilities.
Q8: Do I get to choose my room? Such as the block or room number?
We allocate rooms based on gender and at the sole-discretion of the management. Should there be special requests, do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q9: Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi access across the span of the hostel premises, including the common areas as well as in the rooms
Q10: Is there food available?
We do not provide food as part of the package.
However, we provided a beautifully-designed pantry ready with basic cooking equipment provided for all residents to cook their meals. We also have vending machines available within the hostel for residents in a rush or just seeking a quick bite. There are also plenty of food options located directly opposite the hostel along Holland Village (ask the receptionist if you want recommendations).
Q11: Are pillows and bedding provided?
We do not provide any pillows, bedsheets or blankets as part of the package. However, we have a starter pack of pillow, bedsheet, a quilt and covers available for purchase if required.
Q12: Can I visit Assemblage @ 362 Holland Rd before confirming my booking?
Yes, you may. If you wish to tour the rooms, you can write in to us at email@example.com.
Q13: Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but all payments made will be forfeited.
Q14: Can I amend my reservation?
Yes, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the amendments. However, approval will be at the sole discretion of the Management
Q15: Can I change my unit during my stay?
You can submit your requests to email@example.com. Requests to change unit during/after check-in will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Management.
An administrative fee may be imposed.
Q16: Can I extend my stay?
Yes you may. Please submit your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our Management Office for the extension. Extension is subject to room availability and registration fees apply.
